WOMEN’S FALL YOGA RETREAT · SOLDIERS GROVE, WISCONSIN
REGISTRATION DEADLINE SEPT. 1, 2026 · OCTOBER 8 – 11, 2026 · LIMITED TO 12-15 WOMEN
THE INVITATION
“The Slow Exhale” is a serene escape for women seeking rejuvenation and peace amidst the natural beauty of Soldiers Grove, Wisconsin. Surrounded by woods and open fields, you’ll move through gentle movement and stillness practices, encouraging you to let go of burdens and embrace a lighter, more authentic version of yourself.
This three-night journey invites you to unplug from the daily grind — a space to breathe deeply, quiet the mind, and reconnect with your true self. By the end, you’ll feel revitalized and more in tune with who you are, ready to return to daily life with a sense of peace and clarity.
A RETREAT WHERE EVERYTHING IS TAKEN CARE OF
This is a fully inclusive escape for women who are ready to be cared for. Your lodging, your meals, and every session are all included. There is nothing to plan and nothing to manage.
Three seasonal meals prepared fresh each day from locally sourced ingredients. The farmers deliver the food each morning.
All yoga, meditation, and healing sessions across the full four days.
Comfortable lodging right on the grounds of Red Clover Ranch.
A sauna, cold plunge, woods, and open fields to wander at your own pace.
Real space to rest, wander, or simply be — built into every day.
From the moment you arrive, you simply show up and let the weekend hold you.
THE SPACE
The yoga barn, the grounds, the sauna, the fire, and the table — a look at where your weekend unfolds.
ABOUT RED CLOVER RANCH
Red Clover Ranch is 79 acres of woodland and pasture, nestled in a scenic valley among the rolling hills of southwest Wisconsin. Set on the Mississippi flyway, it’s home to many bird species from spring through fall — drawn, like our guests, to the stream, the wild apple orchard, the three rock outcroppings, and the native grasses, flowers, and trees that call Red Clover home.
The grounds feature two one-mile hiking trails, and the ranch is a great starting point for the Kickapoo Valley Reserve and Wild Cat Mountain. Canoers, kayakers, and fly fishers will appreciate the proximity to the Wisconsin and Kickapoo rivers. Nearby Viroqua offers lovely shops, a weekend farmers market, and some of the best dining in the region.
WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE
Every session is optional and welcoming to all levels. The days have a rhythm, but there’s always room to rest, wander, or simply be.
MOVEMENT
Gentle, accessible movement to reconnect you with your body and quiet a busy mind. No experience needed and nothing to push through — just breath, movement, and permission to slow down. You’ll leave feeling looser, calmer, and more at home in yourself.
STILLNESS
Using singing bowls and soothing tones, a sound bath washes over you as you rest. The vibrations settle your nervous system and drop you into deep relaxation — the kind that’s hard to reach in everyday life. Many describe it as the most peaceful they’ve felt in years.
RELEASE
A simple, gentle practice of tapping on acupressure points while focusing on what you’re ready to release. It helps calm stress, quiet anxious thoughts, and let go of what you’ve been carrying. Easy to learn, surprisingly powerful, and something you can take home with you.
YOUR HOSTS
Three women holding the weekend’s rhythm — from the opening circle to the final goodbye.
E-RYT 500 · YOGA & MEDITATION
Founder of Inspiring Actions Yoga, Tracey has guided students toward deeper practice for over two decades, ever since yoga pulled her through one of the most stressful chapters of her own life. With focused training in restorative and Yin yoga and years leading retreats, she brings a rare balance of sthira and sukha, keeping the space light-hearted, accepting, and fully supportive. On retreat, that means holding a place where you can finally set everything down, exhale slowly, and come home to yourself.
RESTORATIVE YOGA & SOUND HEALING
Inspiring Actions’ go-to teacher for all things restorative, Angela pairs deeply relaxing restorative yoga with certified sound healing to help you slow down and truly drop in. She trained with Judith Hanson Lasater, the foremost expert in restorative yoga in the United States, and has a gift for meeting your body exactly where it is on any given day. On retreat, expect her sessions to be the ones no one ever wants to end.
CERTIFIED CLINICAL EFT PRACTITIONER
Angie brings the practice of tapping — a gentle, powerful tool for releasing the emotional blocks and old stress patterns that keep us stuck in fight-or-flight. Drawing on more than six years as a health coach and her own hard-won healing journey, she helps you treat yourself as a whole person: body, mind, and the beliefs you’ve carried since childhood. On retreat, she’ll help you set down what you’ve been holding and reconnect with a lighter, calmer self.
